Terms of Service & Booking Conditions

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking any tour or using the Big Brother Travel website. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Booking and Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as agreed in your booking confirmation.
We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash upon arrival. Payment links and details will be provided after booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any bank transfer fees.
Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to a later date subject to availability.
In the rare event that Big Brother Travel cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Custom Itineraries
Custom itineraries are created based on your preferences and availability. Once confirmed, changes can be made up to 48 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
Each tour listing specifies what is included (e.g., transportation, guide, entrance fees, meals) and what is not (e.g., personal expenses, tips, travel insurance). It is your responsibility to review these details before booking.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.
Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
- Ensuring you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for Egypt and/or Jordan.
- Arriving at the designated pickup location on time.
- Behaving respectfully towards guides, drivers, and other travelers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disruptively or dangerously, without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Big Brother Travel acts as a tour operator and intermediary service provider. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for:
- Injuries, losses, or damages arising from events beyond our control (force majeure).
- Loss or damage of personal belongings during tours.
- Delays or changes caused by third-party providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.).
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Big Brother Travel unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
